OBS Crashing entire network on fairly new fibre

As the title reads, I stream on twitch most days, and every few hours, my internet cuts out, dc's me from the game I am in, and brings the stream down. Not even sure if its a problem with OBS or my internet in general, HELP!

Well I guess first thing is to test some things and eliminate others.
Does your internet cut out only when you are streaming or other times you are playing online?
Are you using wireless? If not are you connected to a router? Is that Router firmware updated? Can you connect directly to the modem rather than a router if that is your setup. Do other devices lose their internet when you lose yours?

It sounds like a router issue to me though maybe too much traffic causing issues. So try and connect a different way see if you get better results.

I've seen a few streamers that have this problem where it just drops for no reason.

I would suggest (if you have the access which I think streamers do) to check which ingest server you are using and also check / change your bit rate settings in OBS, maybe turn them down a bit and see if that improves things.
