Above I was using prime with AVX2 instructions small file and I get from 89-94 Celsius degree. Now I run x3 Asus real bench benchmark an temp on hottest core 73 Celsius degree and lowest 67 Celcius degree. Also I tried to game on BF4 and Crysis 3 for entire day and max temp was 56 Celsius degree

Well 56 degrees is great, so no point in worrying about temps when very few programs (if any) will stress the CPU like prime or intelburn.
2nd computer gigabyte P965ds3p, 7770 E2140@2.9ghz, corsair HX520 6 years stable, replaced now with E8400@3.9ghz and will overclock more when I'm bored.

    Re: Stabalising I7 4770k

Now I think I will keep 4.2ghz as there is not real need for 4.5ghz and my cpu will be about 20 Celsius degree hotter. Is there any point to overclock cache ? Also cpu input voltage should I put in on manual at 1.85? Also there are few options in power phase control should I touch them or not? Lastly I just tried to render a video in movie maker and my temperature was 65 Celsius degree on hottest core.

Most guides say it is nice to have an OCed cache but don't sacrifice core OC or core stability for it.
