Blue Dots during video playback and menus in Kodi (Latest Version)

Using my new HP Gen 8 Microserver with an MSI R7 240.

Hi folks, recently set up my new HTPC and went to watch a video tonight and noticed a lot of tiny blue dots through the video (Most notably in dark scenes).

Any idea what this could be? Temperature of graphics card when I exited was only 28 degrees.

My first thought would be CODECs, followed by drivers. Is Kodi running on Windows or Linux?

Its running on Windows 7 64bit. I just put in my old 6450 and there is no problems. Unsure if a hardware problem or a software problem. It also shows some artifacts outside of Kodi./ E.g when computer was booting up.

Hmm, could be a bad RAM chip on the video card then

I'll try to return it. Only had it for 40 days or so. Hopefully msi rma service is good.
