Are you connecting via wi-fi? If so, have you got reconnect automatically ticked?

Always worth updating drivers through device manager. My new Toshie tablet always comes out of sleep with limited connection, and on Win 10 in tablet mode it's so easy to just turn the wifi off then on again that I haven't bothered trying to fix it properly yet, but that'd be my first candidate. Alternatively if it' sbeing autoconfigured by Windows you could see if there's any first- or third party tools to configure it instead, so you can take Windows#' networking config out of the equation.

Had a similar problem with Windows 10 on a Toshiba laptop. This worrked foe me - look in device manager at the wireless card properties, power management tab, and uncheck 'Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power'

Have you tried a wired connection? Does it do the same with the wifi turned off? If so it will be software controlling all network connections, other wise it is just down to the wireless card software/driver.
