Thread: Microphone volume keeps going down...

    Microphone volume keeps going down...

    In my recording volume control i choose the microphone volume to max... i talk to someone on skype... and it goes down to nearly nothing, the person on skype can then hardly hear me....

    any ideas?
    i am using the sound card built into my abit an7 mobo!

    does it move while you're using it? or is it just ultra quiet on Skype?

    When i talk it just goes down.... but its noticeable in skype as i talk on it alot.... i recently installed windows.... it was fine before.... but i havent installed any different drivers to what i usually install....

    sorted,
    some other program was conflicting i think!
