Outlook 2003/Office 2003 problem

A strange thing has started happening to my Outlook 2003. Every time I start it the Microsoft Installer gets invoked several times with the message that my Microsoft Outlook is being configured. Eventually this finishes and I can use Outlook 2003. However, if I try and reply to an e-mail, the reply window is shown but the Microsoft Installer is invoked again several times. This also eventually finished and I can continue with using Outlook 2003.

Any ideas short of reinstalling Office 2003?

The only things I have done recently are installed Frontpage XP and removed all my e-mail accounts from Outlook 2003. I have also cleaned out the system using Active@ ZDelete (although I have been doing this for a couple of years on a very regular basis with no issues).

I bit the bullet and reinstalled Office 2003. Seems to have solved the problem.
