    Slow motion in VirtualDub

Well I'm editing this video I recorded, and at a certain part I want slow motion (including slow motion audio). Is it possible to basicly highlight a certain area of movie and tell it to do this?. If not, the way I've been trying to do it is below..

I think that I'm going to have to do the following as I don't think VirtualDub can do it any other way..; Cut out the part of the movie I want in a slow motion, then tweak with that video it self. And then split the original video in half, and add in the tweaked video (still not sure how I'm going to do that).

Now, in VirtualDub I know how to make the video slow motion (but that's the WHOLE video) by tweaking with the FPS, but the audio plays normally, how can I make that audio slow too?.

Any help is greatly apreicated, Thanks.
