    Idiots guide to overclocking my Intel Core Duo 2 6400/ASUS P5B Deluxe

    Can any1 give me an idiots guide to overclocking my system? any tips on what to do and not to do in the bios etc.

    My set up is:

    Intel Core 2 DUO E6400|ASUS P5B Deluxe Mobo|2Gig Corsair XMS2 DDR2 5400|ATI CONNECT3D X1900XT 512MB|Hiper 580w Psu.

    google orthos and download it, run it overnight, make sure it is stable at stock speeds before you start overclocking.

    http://sp2004.fre3.com/beta/beta2.htm just run it and leave it going for about 10-12 hours, if you get an errors, it isnt stable yet.
