Re: The old M3
Last time I checked it was called common courtesy and manners?
Maybe I just prefer somewhere you can have reasoned and polite discussion.... |

Re: The old M3
I am not talking about you as a person.
Its just the way this whole forum comes across. I think some people on here would have heart attacks if they saw how other forums were, with real opinions, and swear words OMG!!!11 |

Re: The old M3
Real Opinions? I'm sure we get them here.
Swear Words? Erm, unless you are about 8 and trying to sound cool, then there isn't any need to use them, unless the user possesses a limited vocabulary. I know personally, and many others will agree, I prefer not reading any words which don't really add anything to the post. I'd say they fall squarely in that category. Other Forums? I'm registered on a few, and I've got to say with the exception of a few I've chosen not to register on, that I have found the attitude much the same. I guess the type of forum I'm attracted to must differ from those you frequent, which is only natural. |

Re: The old M3
Have you seen the black range rover sports, tinted windows and a classic silver on black number plate? Very drug dealer.
Most crim looking car I have seen was given to a mate as a courtesy car. 1985 Daimler double six, black exterior, and black leather interior. The bloody thing was in imaculate condition, although wouldnt fancy filling the two fuel tanks.

Re: The old M3
Was reading the Evo review of that car, they had it up against the M3.
Found it wasn't quite as balanced as the M3 in cornering, but was the more refined drive over distances. They quite liked the auto, despite it having too many gears (any more and it would be a mountain bike). Only problem is that whilst it has the M3 licked on its home turf due to the price difference, the UK gets stung with a rather inflated price for various reasons, and as such it works out the same as an M3

Re: The old M3
Its still a bit different and an odd-ball choice though.
If I had the choice, Lexus for me. But again I have turned into quite the Jap Whore!

Re: The old M3
no...not a great car, end of
It's agreat car, but it's not the end of anything. A Nova GTE is a "great car". A Triumph TR7 is a "great car". A Lada Riva is a "great car". But no "end of" in sight. Shad, who has his own opinion, very highly valued here, is allowed to post his thought, and you are allowed to disagree. Natch. But to disrespect people by thinking that they follow a typical set of rules that you don't like is.. a tad rude. Sorry....but it is. I started reading this thread from page 3 backwards...so I got you in all your glory on this one. I've read it the correct way and you still seem...a little rude. Do you think you do? I hope you see how people were offended by you. Cos I liked your previous posts, in the main, but this is quite rude. Please keep it nice Ta muchly.

You obey these un known, un written rules or you don't. We have a few thousand people who like this system, and I think you do too....really
