    My new car, Nissan Micra

Expecting the normal slating of "It loosk ugly"

Exteriour, freshly polished C/O Auto Glym Polish and Car Plan Tripple Wax.

    Interiour

Current Mods: Purple Ronnie tax disc holder, good for an extra 40bhp "at the wheels"

Personally, i love it! The looks take a bit of getting used to, but for a supermini it drives very well, does exactly what it should do imo.

Fugly cars but the standard spec sheet is quite impressive for a car of that size

Think i'll need to upgrade the brakes to cope with the extra BHP its putting out

A lot of people have commented on it looking like a frog, and being fugly. Spec sheet is good for this car, and yes Emzay i have set it to wish me happy birthday!

ABS, Stability Control, Air con, cd player with 6 speakers, drive computer, Smart Key (Same as merc one), side airbags, leather stearing wheel + gearknob, electric heated mirrors, heated seats, rain sensing windscreen wipers, leather trim seats. Plus it'll happly cruise along at 75 and give 48mpg around town

Forgot about that XTR, being able to see the tops of the lights when you are in the car!

Whilst its here, i'm thinking of getting some alloys for it, only small ones though. Current wheels are 15" i beleive, so i'd be looking for some 15" alloys to replace them. Any ideas on any wheels that wouldn't look out of place??

    Nice one!

I like them and would happily buy one, although it'll be quite a while till they depreciate into my price range!

48MPG around town is nuts! That's about twice what my car does.

    Thumbs up

I have one too, personally I love it!! I've had it nearly a year and the only problem's I've come accross are slight creaking, because of the hard plastics used for the dash/interior, and the pax electric window was sluggish for a while!

Fantastic fun to drive!! Nissan have really packed in the features!! Get this (I thought this was fab - girly thing I guess) it even has a "convenience food hook" Honest!!
