rofl, deffo go try one Skii.

For a small car, they are superb. Bear in mind it is the next size down from the golf, ie Polo size.

but driving position is superb, and the grin factor, top banana.

Hence my chopping in of my 172 for a 182.
I'd recommend the 172/Cup/182 without doubt, people were skeptical when I bought it, but I love it.

Even on long journeys, such as Reading to Liverpool, it was suprisingly comfy.

Spec levels are great on the 172/182, with Xenon Lights, Half Leather/Half Alcantara, CD Stereo, ABS, Traction Control, Cruise Control on 53 onwards cars.

Any Q's, you know where I am.

    Also price wise...

    Mk1 172 (X - 01reg) 6,500 - 8,500 ish
    Mk2 172 (51 - 04) 8,500 - 10,950
    172 cup (02 - 53) 8,500 - 10,000
    182 (04 - ) as little as 11,700 for an imported one.

For 10k you'd be looking at something like my car - 03 plated 172

All mk2 172s have Full Climate Control, In the cups (no abs, no leather etc) there was a climate control option in the later cups.

Mine goes later this week, but if you wanted to take a trip to reading, then you can have a "proper test drive" with no salesman then feel free. You got my number, pick an evening and come see.

The 182 isn't slower than the 172, but strangely reno figures say it is!

    172 - 0-60 = 6.7
    182 - 0-60 = 6.3
    172 Cup - 0-60 = 6.5

They are Evo Magazine figures (if I remember them correctly), which are widely seen as "fact"

    Lowe's system
Phase 1 Clio 2's are also quicker due to less weight and have better accleration due to smaller rims. Argueably the better drivers car, but doesn't look as good in many peoples eyes.

Also, Cliosport has to be one of the most arrogant car clubs I've ever come across - but that's my own opinion
