    The Great TiG car hunt

Well guys it really does start this weekend, and by weekend I actually mean up to Wednesday, enough time to go and window shop on Saturday/Sunday, take monday off and then time to organise proper test drives on Tuesday/Wednesday of the cars i really like.

I'm going to be looking at the following makes, (audi a4, alfa romeo, seat, skoda, VW)

All of the above have got cars that i like or fall into my desire for a smart, 5 door hatchback, i would like a 1.8+ engine, and a car that suits me, nice and reliable, with a turn of speed, but nothing too flashy and i really would like a car that is less than 3 yrs old, (12k tops to spend)

Question is have i missed anything, AM i missing out on any japanese makers?, and don't say Honda Civic type R as i hate them with a passion.

And is dealership you buy from really important, are there still people who would love to sell you a car and then see the back of you?

    Thanks
    TiG
