Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione - no complaints

Volkswagen Concept R - trying to be too sleek and sporty looking for a veedub

Opel Insignia - looks like american junk

Jaguar R-D6 - seen the back end,its as ford as a fiesta

Audi Le Mans - v nice just don't like the lights

Mercedes Vision CLS - looks like a big fat slug

Ford Visos - a few big styling cues from a mustang there, might work but can't really tell

Re: Concept cars from the 2003 Frankfurt motorshow.

    Citroen C-Airlounge
Love the wheels. Could have been an oversized mess. Manages to makes an Espace shaped car look menacing.

    Lancia Fulvia Coupe
Mid '70's Merc SL with SLK roof line. Nose heavy, makes a small light car look cumbersome.

    Volkswagen Concept R
Interesting development. Should be fun to drive with the mid-engine layout. Might not have current vee-dub love of understeer.

    Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione
Proper sports. Rear end is pure classic. Nose is open eyed and refreshing. Tidy motor.

    Opel Insignia
Rear three-quarters is most interesting part. The wide nose makes it look narrower at the rear than it probably is. Still manages to be bland.

    Jaguar R-D6
Tight. Want to see it in the flesh before deciding if it's gorgeous or just good looking.

    Audi Le Mans
I want one. Still not aggressive enough though.

    Mercedes Vision CLS
They want it to compete with Jaguar. It looks flabbier than the E-Class so it's misses the mark by miles. The early concept looked so much better. This one looks like a slightly shrunk Maybach.

    Ford Visos
Closest Ford concept to the Capri yet. Not as good as the original though.

    Peugeot 407 Elixir
It's gonna understeer loads! Tell you what why don't they get rid of the rear wheels altogether?! If the car was any more cab-forward you'd get in through the bonnet! Where have all the beautifull Peugeot concepts gone?

    The Lancia's absolutely godawful ugly.

The Citroen's got some nice changes to the mini van I like.

The Vedubs nice but nothing exceptional.

I like the Alfa but it's got too much Dodge Viper going on in the tail section.

I don't know if it's just the grill but, the Opel's too much like a Chrysler piece of junk.

Can't decide which is my favorite the JAg or the Audi. They are both very nice and I'm not much of a JAg lover but hat one is nice looking.

The last 3 are all just not very exciting and the Ford well, it's just that a FORD, and it's ugly

These aren'ty all that exciting for concept cars, they all look like something Chrysler might retro fit to a spec chassis and call something new.

Chevy's got a cool new truck coming out this year called the SSR.

It's a throw back to the Hot Rod days of the 50's and combines a truck and an old Chevy Coupe.

    Chevy SSR

The Jag has a bi-turbo V6 diesel in it..... it has to win lol

That Chevy's abit.... well.. it's weird innit? the front end's all beetle, an the back looks like it's come straight off a bus.... And what's with the strip of chrome through the headlights? makes it look like Geordie Laforge off Star Trek... Still, bet it's got a huge motor in it, which makes up for all that i guess....

If Ya know the classic Chevy's then you can see the classic Hot Rods in the design. It's admittedly a very American car/truck....

The Jag's a diesel huh... makes for an interesting car. Haven't seen many diesel cars in a while. Diesel Merc's were common for a while but they all died I think, thank goodness

Want Alfa...WANT ALFA...that car's absolutely gorgeous, manages to be classic and a bit retro, but not too much. I actually quite like the Fulvia - the overall body shape's reminiscent of a 1960s Fulvia and I like the redesigned blunt nose - looks sort of purposeful.
