    How Infuriating! (Car Insurance)

Got a letter today from Bell Direct (Part of Admiral Group) saying that they had not received my NCB proof.

My last years policy was with Admiral, so hence the same company...

They even called me two days after I took the policy saying some of the details were different between policies, yet they can't see my NCB????

So this letter dated 22nd June, says cover will be suspended on 28th June (today) unless they receive proof.

So wtf do I do now? I tried calling from 6pm (offices closed due to evacuation).

So I have a car that is technically uninsured and yet they can't look past the end of there ******* noses!!!!!!

    God it makes me mad

That's why I use a broker, I just give him a quick call and he sorts things like this for me

Get a Land Rover - I KNOW it sounds like I'm a landy fan-boy, but the fact of the matter is, you get a hell of a lot of car for not a lot. There are relatively expensive to buy sure - mine's 20 years old and cost £3500.. BUT it only cost me £600 FC for the first year, first car and no NCB or anything. Paying £250 now.

Its an error on their side... so in the event of a claim you'd be insured
