I'll say it again.....ease of use over looks....every single time. At silly speeds, around roundabout, boradside, when you get to your least favourite track, you gotta be able to skip a track while power sliding  one handed. blindfolded..... well, you know what I mean.....nothing worse than a stero that takes 4 years to come to terms with.  |

Its pretty minimalistic , but with a good sound I'd quite like the steering wheel remote for it , but thats the only change I'm plannign on making

I've got a sony MP30, it's ugly as sin but works quite well. Well under your budget as well.
I own a PC that changes regularly, so I don't bother putting anything in here...
