The warranty will be with whoever you purchased the monitor from.

Just some info for you from a source I'm very close to:

"Iiyama Japan has gone into the Japanese equivalent of Chapter 11. The company's European operations have not had to take this decision and are continuing to trade. The company says that it is in talks with MCJ (Mouse Computer Japan), a Japanese public company, about the possibility of an acquisition or merger.

In a separate statement, the company announced that Lutz Müller, general manager Iiyama European and American headquarters, would be leaving the company after 10 years and will be succeeded on an interim basis by Erkan Sekerci, the newly appointed sales director."

But we've not heard about the UK office closing...

I have similiar info on Iiyama Corp (Japan) - apparently filed for court-led rehabiitation. given the level of competition in the LCD market, i can't really see them effectively coming out of this. prob. go the same way as the Rio brand - bounce around a few firms before being quietly retired... ...but that's just my 2 pence..

Will be a shame if they go down, still got a 22" beast VM Pro 510 here that weighs a ton and cost the good part of grand on the floor, nice foot stool though.
