    HEXUS.beans :: ASUS / Gigabyte merge - Confirmed!

    The new company will have a capital value of 80Billion NT. This will all happen in January 2007. ASUS will have 49% shareholding in the new company, and Gigabyte will have 51%.

    Will be interesting to see how this goes for sure. Gigabyte have made a couple of decent Conroe boards so mebbe Asus can incorporate that in some of their designs.
