Mine was 100% true
Mine was 100% true
well first off i come from a land down under, where the women actually glow, and if that wasn't bad enough, the men plunder - that's right, i live in constant fear of motherflipping pirates
you see its a hard knock life for us geeks
we don't get kisses, we get kicks! we don't get treats, we get tricks, it really sucks
i really need this graphics card because without out i'm so lonely..i literally have nobody...to call my video output device.. (eeeeeeeeee)
but chance has it a heard through the grape vine that soon this graphics could would be mine
and if that doesn't sway you let me tell you a story
many years ago a young man looking for a graphics card broke into a ship yard looking for a meal for his family..unable to find anything he killed 3 voodoo3 graphics cards and brought them to his family..that was their dinner that night
it might be a lie but a wise man once said - don't let the truth get in the way of a good story
(if you've not seen boardwalk empire yet shame on you!)
ha if i win or not that was a lot of fun writing those out
and to the decider - only yoooooooo....can make my graphics look riiiiight
only yooooo...can make my brightness match the recommended amount for my monitor...
nly you and you alone
an thrill me like you do
and fill my heart with texels for only you...
.........Because ...Overclockers are selling them at 799.99 .. and paying £1200 for one would just be a tad silly
I see the feature for this is showing up again, and with todays date.....
I can’t afford £1,200 worth of graphics card because after 6 years of research in the field I have gained crucial understanding on one of the greatest mysteries that man has faced since the dawn of time. I am talking about of course, ‘the brownie points system’. Having been a computer enthusiast for as long as I can remember, buying new computer hardware has been essential for meeting the important goals in life i.e. having the best rig out of all your mates. However, having been in a long term relationship for six years now (that would be the 6 years of field research…) I have noticed a distinct correlation between buying computer parts (pounds sterling), and losing my better half’s affection, love and lunch making (brownie points). Obviously not wanting to end my relationship I soon had to adapt; the Core2Duo when I wanted a Quad Core, a 6600gt instead of two 6800gt’s, eventually even a Phenom II instead of a Core i7. Times were hard; it was a constant struggle between having the ultimate machine or consistent lunch, dinner or equal share of duvet. With winter on the doorstep I am yet again at the crossroads, only possessing currently a 5770, something more powerful will need to be added to my system to keep me entertained through the oncoming storms. So Hexus, I can’t afford £1,200 worth of graphics card because (and I’m pretty sure this applies for most blokes in a long term relationship) it would throw me from the ‘Black’ and into the Red (Did you know that there is a high interest overdraft for brownie points?) and it takes a long time to get back to Black, never mind Brown!
Sadly my entry was 100% true as well... wish it wasn't but that's life!

This is bunny and friends. He is fed up waiting for everyone to help him out, and decided to help himself instead!
Same here, doesnt mean jack to anyone else tho lol
because i want to breed a super race of aliens to take over the world and the last component is said graphics card
or seriously -i want to spank the pants off my mates with a super dooper g/c
So, when I will know that I did not win ?
P.S. - I could not provide my Real story because I'm afraid it could be treated as Fake or Drama but it's 100% Real.
