Easy to install, solidly built, and the stock fans stand up to the best of 'em.
i never win anything :(
Never had water cooling but Corsair as a company are great ;)
I have had the H50 since release and it has never put a foot wrong, great customer service when I was waiting for the skt1156 bracket to arrive and that was when I had my I5 750, now I have an I5 2400, I was thinking about putting my H50 in my HTPC as it is quiet enough for that and getting a H70 for my main rig,
Now that this compo is here, I thought I might have a chance to win one and if all there is to do is a review, I'm in
thanks Hexus and Corsair.
Sweet. I have the original Corsair H100 in one system and certainly would love to get one for my other PC. Very quiet at the low RPM mode and still very good cooling. Installation was a breeze too and works well with high profile memory due to the size of the CPU block being so small. Many of the larger air coolers simply would not fit with my RAM!!!
:( 25 posts. Im on 11 damn. Good luck to those that are in it :)
I am 59 and still gaming strong, one of these would look lovely with my new (soon to be built) build, Asus P8Z77-V PRO, Corsair 8Gb Vengeance Jet Black, Intel i5 3570K and a 2Gb EVGA GTX660Ti. What a lovely present for the New Year :)
Love the hydro series because they are cool, quiet and you don't have to worry about ram clearance while dumping all the heat straight out the case.
Thanks Hexus!
What I like about the Corsair Hydro Series cooler, they are the coolest coolers around
after using other corsair products i'd like to see what the Corsair Hydro Series H100i can do ..
maybe even convert it for a gpu ...lol
It has to be: simplicity! Quiet and effective cooling in a neat, simple package. The only thing that would make it better is if it were mine! :)
Thanks for the awesome comps, Hexus!!

What I like the most? Probably the fact that Hydro is bridging the gap between fully blown watercooling setup and expensive air coolers? It kinda sits in between.
I've always been impressed the with the Hydro series, for offering a powerful liquid cooling system, without the need for specialist knowledge to fit and maintain it. Even better, the range of different models means you can always find one suitable for your choice of case and system specification.
Definitely something I'd purchase for my next build (whenever the other half lets me!!)
The thing that interests me the most is that this seems like a really easy way to get into water cooling, having had limited success before with leaky looks on the old barb style system, dealing with noisy pumps and bleeding/leak testing a system that wasn't great when it came to a LAN (and trying to keep a rapidly upgraded GPU in the loop which proved expensive) a single no mess loop looks like a great way to take advantage of the modern enthusiast cases that are available with suitable rad mounting
The H100i looks like it would be a perfect fit into the top of my pc case and would be very interesting to see what the performance is like, maybe even require a pc upgrade to get the full impact ;)
Got my young brother one of these for his new build i helped him with and i'm impressed with the temperatures gained on his H100 on low noise settings (especially with the hot-running ivy-bridge!!). would love to have my own to replace my stock cooler!!
