Been playing some 1.6...

...and some CZ tonight, owing to the fact that I HAVE to beat some people at a CZ LAN game next week. And its amazing comparing CZ and Source. I mean, it doesn't seem so long ago that I was on about the release of CZ, but it seems so very outdated already...

Does anyone still play 1.6 or CZ?

I played some 1.6 on lan with a few mates last week, is great fun, although i still prefer source but i think this is just due to the fact that the majority of people i know only play source and more fun to play with them.

i still play 1.6, but i get anoyed that i get shot through walls so i get angry and put source on lol. both good games though

I got CS:CZ free with a ATI radeon 9600 pro card i bought for my parents rig.

Got me hooked. I was playing 1.6 all night every night. so, having a few friends in online forums i took the plunge and ordered the multiplay package on steam! very good marketing by Valve there!

I still play CZ every now and again when i'm offline and fancy a practise.

I play 1.6 and nothing else.

I'll occasionally play Source at a LAN, but the standard of source players is nowhere near as good as the standard of 1.6 players, making it a bit futile.

omg what are you talking about. they are totally differnt games like saying your standard pro evo player is rubbish at fifa, those who9 choose to play source wouldnt know how to play 1.6 effectivly because its a differnt game. the community is full of people like you who cant deal with any other games but 1.6.
