what sort of connection speeds are you both running?

MP clothes - i thought this myself, but perhaps as you play through the SP game and unlock/purchase clothes, they'll become available for use in MP?

i have an 8mb he has a 5.5 so its not that, and we normally can play just about every 360 game together, i can get him in the lobby but every time either of tries to get in a game..i go in and he gets booted.. at least its not the other way around though hehe

and they need a patch to disable auto aim by default!

im having trouble connecting to almost any type of game mode in MP. what happens is that when i am trying to connect to the game, the loading message displays at the bottom right hand corner of the black screen and i can hear people talk using there headsets but after a couple of seconds i get a error messaging saying somthing along the lines of me not able to connect to the game.

this happens to every MP mode except free roam which is a real pain. there were times when i did eventualy reached the lobby screen but after a couple of seconds later i get another error message saying that i lost connection to the other players.

i realy hope they release a patch or somthing because i am not having much luck trying it online

Took me a while to get used to the driving and so on. The only thing still bugging me is using cover, seems slow and unpredictable in the middle of a firefight

Getting drunk in the game is hilarious

The camera angles annoyed me at first when driving around corners but now I am used to moving the right thumbstick around with them I hardly notice it.

Indoors feels a little clumsy when running around, but it's nothing too bad.

Other than that it is a superb game, the storyline so far (about 14% completed) has been great, I intended on going to bed at 1 o clock last night but stuff kept happening and I was on till nearly 4. Now I have to get my assignment (which was meant to be in yesterday) done in record time

me and my mate had this issue on gears of war for a while, i cant actually remember what we did, but nothing obvious springs to mind? perhaps just one of those odd glitches? I have no idea

When I first started dating michelle, I got a call from Roman saying he needed help. I went for a date with michelle instead. Roman then called from hospital saying I'd dumped him for her and to come pick him up. The car ride back to the cab office was all about roman asking how good michelle was.

lol I was on the way to pick michelle when Roman called me and i went to help him out, i got a call from Michelle saying, where was i? and i must be a busy person and to call her when i'm free, which i did then went straight to an irish bar got drunk fell over a few times which annoyed her so she wanted me to take her home straight away, i tried driving but couldnt so i walked her home, tried it on but not this time...

Managed to one at Game this morning. Looked like they "released" some of the pre-order copies from yesterday to sell.

The camera is annoying me at the moment when driving. Can't remember what it was like in previous games, but just seems to slow to turn to keep up with you. A few times I driven into the back of a cop car. Probably just have to get used to using the right stick. Getting onto ladders quickly seems like a pain in the arse as well on the Ivan mission.

Apart from that, seems a great game. The drunk bit after the bar date gave me a headache though!

From playing online today I have come to a conclusion

Some kids need their parents to be put into school for being thick as poop

Played online for a few hours today, hopping between servers, different game types etc....and EVERY SINGLE ONE had at least 2 or 3 kids on the mic being obnoxious little sods.

I thought this game was an 18???

Oh, and unless you play as a team the team multiplayer games suck pretty bad

I believe one (might be the only) of the collectible are "flying rats", aka pigeons. Apparently you can hear them cooing and you need to find and kill 200 of them.

I am liking the little touches to this game. As someone mentioned before, being able to hear the radio outside the car. Putting headlights onto full beam. And finally, the best one so far, the radio interference you get just before the mobile goes off. The first couple of times had me reaching for my mobile expecting a text or call!

Cars seem to bouncy for me. A couple of times I've hit a dustbin and rolled the car far too easily. And why doesn't Nico wear a bloody seatbelt! Would stop him going through the windscreen; if all the cars have GPS, why not have airbags?

Ive killed a pigeon.

Was at the top of the rollercoaster.

Blew up into a load of feathers and it looked really good as the feathers floated down to the ground etc.


Any one know if / when that fun land gets opened? I want to play crazy golf.

how on earth do you do the mission where you have to smash the window in on the mission where you have to threaten the chinese guy? (early mission... I suck at GTA). I can't seem to break the glass.
