Orange box PC "duplicate CD key"
i was having problems a while back with comp overheating on the slightest of things so it couldn't cope with games or anything,
(had to wait for SCAN to get stock before i could sort it out) and i've just found orange box (and the rest of my games) again, tried to install and got "duplicate cdkey", now... while going through steams site it says that you have to have a recipt valid within 90 days...  nope, i have no idea where any proof of purchases for anything dissapears to and it's been over 90 days anyway i think...is there anything i can do? i've got both install discs and a cdkey etc, but nada... or is it a case of i've got to shell out for another copy? |

You sign up for a steam account with your CDKEY. This is then tied to that account. In effect, the CDKEY is useless now.
You need to find your account info mate  |

i takies it the ebay guy was lieing then... it's not brand new at all...
 teach me to use ebay for games although...... the fact that it sold for summin like 1.99p should have told me really  meh... i have a nice orange cd case for 1.99p |
