All exercise helps you lose weight, all you have to do is make sure your calorie use excedes your calorie intake... Whether Wii Fit is a good way to do that depends on you. |

Well agree with the above, but all I can say is part of a reduced calorie diet and daily Wii Fit usage - I have gone from 12st 13lbs to 12st 5 lbs in a little over 3 weeks.

I think it's a superb way to lose weight. All that running around the High Street trying to find a store that's actually got one. By the time you succeed, you'd be a shadow of your former self .... not to mention quite a bit older.
 Of course, internet-happy couch potatoes that order online will get ...erm ... less benefit. |
