Meh. I got to the end of No.1 but had lost heart by the second when i saw a quick ingame demonstration. seemed more like an expansion pack to me.
However, more levels like that one in the desert town, where you have 200+ of those skeleton cannon fodder guys come at you all at once would be welcome

The penultimate level on Sam 2 was one of the hardest - wide open field with only a few walls for cover. Then Mental unleashes all of his creations at you in vast numbers
Still the serious speed and max-damage respawning powerups help. Especially the former when being chased around by countless headless kamikase's Of course I still have nightmares about the 'Bouncy' room when you get attacked by skeletons and kamikase's

Oh yea, bouncy room. What about the 'gravity' room or somthing? Like a long cylinder that you can run all the way around? My favorite level is the one with the Christmas soundtrack. That kinda struck a comedy chord with me
To err is human. To really foul things up ... you need a computer.

Of course the classic moment is when the boss at the end of episode 1 steps over the temple at Karnak - my first though was;
Oh Sh**, Oh Sh**, Oh Sh** Run Away
