Burnout 2
Ok, does anyone have any sure fire tips of getting huge crashes for the first few crash junctions?
I have my mates PS2 in preparation of a night of virtual drunken car driving, and looking at his high scores, its just sickening I had a look on gamefaqs.com but their hints come way short of the scores he's getting. The first one gives hints to get $16 million, but I need at least $30!I need to kick bottom!! Last edited by luap.h; 04-08-2004 at 09:32 AM.. |

best thing is to get as much speed as possible on the approach to the crash site.
What I tend to do is try and "clip" just one car and send it into the oncoming lane of traffic. Now I bounce in my lane casing havoc, while the other side of the road is piling up nicely with buses flipping ( flip a bus = loads of millions ) Its a case of try and try again, until you actually do it I'm afraid, but there are some REALLY hard levels.

If you turbo straight from the off you should have some nice speed by the junction AND be able to turbo again.
Aim for the corner of your intended target and boost just as you're about to hit it. If you clip it just right you should go flying, and hit a load more cars. What scores the really big points is if you can flip over a lorry/bus. Do that and you should have a massive score.

ive been playing this game so much recently
I cant remember what the level is called but the road is on the edge of a cliff, I turbo'd in and hit the buses side towards the back. My car went on to cause a pile up, while the bus flew off the cliff.I think the level only needed 8mill for gold and I got 62 man i love crashing

If you have listened to Leuitenant John Brunell you should know about the pit manouver by now... take a little bit of this and a little bit of WildMonkey's tips and you should be on your way to my top score which is $41M
