Xbox 360 hardware accessories - opinions?

Has anybody got any experience of the following Xbox 360 add-ons:

    - Quick Charge Kit (+ spare battery pack)

    - Live Vision Camera

    - Wireless Headset

I think the Quick Charge kit looks very useful in saving on buying loads of AA batteries and the wireless headset looks neat too. I'm not sure about the usefulness of the Live Vision Camera but it could be used to make free video calls to friends and family.

I think he's talking about the other charger

    I'd say the quick charge kit is a good option, probably the best for keeping your controllers wireless, have 1 per 2 controllers, 2 packs in each controller and 2 more kept on charge, when they run out of juice, swap the packs. It's a very expensive solution though;

    Wireless controllers = £32
    Quick Charge = £25 (I think)
    Battery packs = £10

So for 2 controllers, (2 controllers, 3 battery packs, the quick charger (with 1 pack free), it's around £119. Best bet would really be going for the play and charge kit's, official ones you can get for about £12, and the li-ion batteries last so long the quick charge kit method above is overkill.

I have a plug and charge kit as my fiancee (in her wisdom) sent my controller flying across the room and broke the battery part. It's a good idea BUT I have 8 rechargeable batteries and a charger (free with the batteries) that I happily use for my other one and save me quite a few bob

I wouldn't mind an opinion on the camera tho

    Check my project <<| Black3D |>>

plug and play charge kit (usb cable plus battery) is £15, quick charge kit (charge unit + Battery) is £17.

The quick charge kit can charge 1 battery pack in 2 hours (or 2 in 3 and a bit) and replacement battery packs are £10.
I've got both chargers and they are pretty handy. If you know your battery is running low (or you've got friends coming round and you know your spare pads have run flat) you can chuck one on charge and still play without being tethered to the console (if you're that bothered about your controller being tied to your console).

But to be honest for a tenner more you can get an energiser 15min AA recharger.

the camera is good fun too

It's a copy of Totem Ball, available via Xbox Live and the unlock code included in the camera pack... iirc.

Forget all those accessories you want to get yourself the new steering wheel. It looks amazing and the reviews have been very good. This will be especially good when Forza comes out.

Was a free copy of uno (unlock code) with mine (but I'd already bought it when it was first released) I thought Totem ball was a free download anyway (at least it was on release).

I have the voucher for Uno at home as Carl got it with his camera and he also bought it when it was released.

One day I'll get round to claiming it, but I've got to stop playing Tiger Woods 2007 first
