So is this why PS3 doesn't have vibration feedback?
Lawsuit from immersion (force feedback people) basically stopped them and even went over the extra mile and gave an extra slap on the wrist after sony became more aggressive and attempted to allege that immersion was in fact commiting fraud... haha funny story

Very, Very, Very old news..
Immersion wanted to rape sony of a pile of cash, so Sony said "sod em" and dropped the vibration, most reports say people don't really miss it. Immersion are one of those horrible patent-whore companies anyway, I hope they die slow and painful deaths.
