Lego Star Wars II: The Original Trilogy Xbox 360 crashing.

The mrs loves this game, but we seem to be having problems with it crashing/locking up quite a lot. It always happens on the same level around the same area. The level is Episode 5 - chapter 6.

I've look on the net where I can think and I can't find anything about it being a well know problem, do any of you guys have any ideas please?

The disc looks unmarked, and I gave it a clean with a proper cd cleaner, also cleaned the lens in the xbox with one of those lens cleaner disc thingys. Still no luck, the game still crashes in the same area

Anyone have any ideas, only thing I can think of is trying another version of the game, trouble with that is that the game was an Xmas present to the gf from someone, so we don't have the recipet for it.
