| I've got a dead motherboard here, well within the 12months warranty. I would like to RMA it to GB, but there is no online procedure, so I emailed the UK support address. This was day before Xmas eve, so they still might be on xmas leave. But has anyone else managed to RMA something to them? Thanks |

| I was thinking they werent back until the 5th, I've got their number anyway based in Milton Keynes. I can't return it to the vendor as I bought it second hand, and it died after a few weeks. I've done this with things before like HD's and GFX cards when they've been in the 12months warranty. |
