Logitech mice - game specific configs?

Is there any software out there that will allow for game specific mouse configs with logitech mice? It does my head in that a) Logitech SetPoint software doesn't allow this and b) games are still coming out that don't seem to detect all the buttons on a modern mouse. For example, I'm playing RoboBlitz at the moment, and it doesn't detect the two side buttons on my Logitech G3. If I want to use these buttons, I have to go into SetPoint and map the buttons to a keystroke, then when I stop playing the game I have to go back in and change them back to default (forward and back in Windows).

With my old Razer mouse, the software would allow you to completely remap the mouse for specific games, with auto-detection when you ran the game loading up the correct config. It was completely transparent. Is there any software out there, Logitech or 3rd party, that will allow this for my G3??

I was wondering about this aswell. I have an MX518 and it would be nice if i could enter a game and not have the "Document Flip" button getting in the way all the time.... Etc...

I'll do some trowling and let you know what i find.

    A solution, i think.
I've just installed this and had a quick look, but i think this is what we were looking for.

Ooooh yes nice find mate!! Looks like it should do exactly what I need, I'm struggling to get it going at the moment but hopefully with a bit of tinkering I can sort it out. If I create a config using the "1a. Select Program" option, should that config load automatically with the game? Doesn't seem to work with RoboBlitz, wondering if it's because it's through Steam...

it's supposed to work "in theory".
I can't quite get it to work properly either, but this might be because UberOptions isn't quite updated for Setpoint 4.0, it only has full functionality in 3.3 or below.

Nevertheless, this is what we were looking for!

Let me know if you find anything out.
