you don't get T1 connections in europe. They're american connections. Anyway, T1 is a 1.544Mbit iirc. You can get 10Mbit lines like our college do.

    but you did cause offence....

If you are too lazy to google for something , dont expect other people to do your thinking for you for free.

seeing as you asked - a T3 line can be made up of multiple T1's to get upto 45 mbit connection.

OC3 lines are burstable upto 155MBit.

In the UK - a leased line can take similar sized bandwidth ( again up to 155mbit )

given that a 2meg leased line will cost you about £15,000 per year , the higher options are VERy expensive.

well the place i used to work did actually have two T1's (or equivalent) connecting us to the internet, with a 'virtual' gateway that split the load between the two via two physical gateways, one for each line.

and no offence taken, i'm pretty immune to that these days, but you're coming to an enthusiasts site asking about something large companies would be using. Any advice given you would still need to put in your own research anyway, so i don't think a 'quick answer' is a possibility here, i.e. whats suitable for people where i (used to) work may very well not be suitable elsewhere.

and no, i don't have a website, but google does seem a good choice for researching things these days.
