Toshiba 42x3030d
basically after doing alot of research, i have decided that i want the toshiba 42x3030d.
Now i was thinking of buying it from currys, which have it listed as £700, but seeing as i can get a 10% discount from there, it would come to £630. My questions are firstly is this a good price? Secondly, how long will it be around for, as i currently dont have much loose cash lying around seeing as i am a student, but if it was set to be off the line, and no longer available to buy, i could get the money. (i was thinking of not getting the tv till early july)? Thirdly, does it play 24 progressive fps smoothly, as i have read mixed reviews. All of my 1080p media will be running off my pc, if that makes any difference. Fourthly, is it really that bad having "VGA supported resolution at only 1366x768"? as i was thinking of getting a ps3, but im sure i can plug that in via hdmi. (is vga and composite [the red white and yellow plugs] the same signal just different connectors, so will i only get 1366x768 using the comosite) Fifthly, what is the best way to make all the audio that comes off the pc, run on the home cinema system that i have sneakly stolen off my parents (pioneer xv-dv55)? sorry for the ranty post, but a serious thank you to anyone who offers any help |
