That other nice one has no graphics too. It will be hard tidying the two 9800gtx power cables... I might actually take my photo before I put that in
I know its cheating but everyone does it!

This one stood out in the case mods thread

OK apart from it looking pretty, is there a reason why I would want to spend hours doing this when my Antec 1200 arrives?

I won't even be using the huge ribbon cables so I doubt they will affect airflow much...

You buy a case with a window and then don't want neat cables.. shame on you lol.

The 1200 is easy anyway, it's al behind the mobo.

There's no particular stress on any of the cables anymore, made sure a while back

Lol where my Rig's gonna sit I doubt there will be many people to see my kack-handed attempts at cable management....And actually, the window will be next to a wall...

Still, the Antec 1200 is a damn fine looking case IMO. How easy do you reckon it would be to mod the lights/fan to be a different color?

Blue has never really done it for me...

Re: Antec vs Antec (1200 vs sonata)

The lights would be tricky but the fans themselves should be easy enough. The only problem is if it's like the P182 you have the fan controllers scattered around the outside of the case which are attached to the fans obviously so you either have to cut the cable and leave them there or have a few holes.

Or get red tri-cool fans which I guess would be best but I've only ever seen blue and rainbow.

Seems you are in luck lol

So I could just reconnect the fan controller to this new fan?

Nope as it's part of the fan, so the new one will come with the same fan controller to fill the gap but you will need to swap them over I believe.

Depends, check if it is hard wired in... it might be!
