    Question laptop choice. any suggestions?

I want a laptop for around £1500-2000ish with as high spec as poss(so I can play current games, watch DVD's etc) but is also not too hard on battery life.

I've been looking at voodoo, alienware, mesh(as reviewed in last custom PC) et. all. Anyone got any ideas on these or others. Also, anyone any idea about battery life on the alienware laptops?

Add on a nice carry case, good mouse, extra battery etc and you have a pretty good system.
