    go for the XMS-XL range of modules (XMS3200XLPT)

    These are seriously hot memory chips - samsung. They run at extremely low latencies like the good ol' winbond chips, but also can be clocked to near 500 Mhz with relaxed timings .... now thats what I call a nice piece of gear

    I've got some Corsair 512MB DDR XMS3200LL Low Latency Pro CAS2, kinda.

    My XMS3500 Ca2 2 stuff is the same chips used in the XMS3200LL sticks
    With that respect, I can whole-heartedly recommend the stuff!
