    Mobile Athlons

Not going to get one, I was just wondering what sort of speeds the Mobile Athlons are reaching? Like these:

    Mobile Thoroughbred 1500+: http://www.cpucitystore.co.uk/catalo...roducts_id=477

    Mobile Throughbred 1600+: http://www.cpucitystore.co.uk/catalo...roducts_id=476

    Mobile Barton 2400+: http://www.cpucitystore.co.uk/catalo...roducts_id=464

    Mobile Barton 2500+: http://www.cpucitystore.co.uk/catalo...roducts_id=392

I'm just curious really. I've heard about the great overclocking on the 2500+, but what sort of speeds are there with the other processors?

another good point about mobiles. They're perfect for sff system where they run at a lower voltage than desktop processor so their heat output is lower and such lower temps which mean that temp controlled fans in a shuttle and the like don't go into high as often.

Get the mobile 1500+, if you don't mind less cache. They'll reach 2400MHz no probs.

For £30 you can't argue, right?

If cars had followed the same developmental path as computers, a Rolls Royce would cost £60, get a million miles per gallon and explode once a year, killing everyone inside.

    I could argue that....deffo.

Its not a patch on a regualr cache sized chip. Lots of second hand XP1700 and 1800's to be had for £30 and those will do just over 2gig and with no effort.

Is cache really worth it? Yeah....the Thorobread cache is a good thing...

So the Mobile Thoroughbreds have less cache than the other Thoroughbreds?
