Just a quick question - Hard Drive
Just a quick question
I added a 100Gb hard disk to a friend;s PC this am - in windows Control Panel /System/ Device Manger it shows up perfevctly correctly but windows XP is not seeing it at all in explorer or My Computer - any ideas??? |

It might be mapped to a letter that is already in use.
Or it might be a foreign disk that needs converted to normal if you already have stuff on it. Or if it is brand new, just format it. |

Have a check in disk manager
Right click on "My Computer" > "Manage" > "Disk Management" You should see all your disks in the list, it may need to have a partition created on it or formated, you'll be able to do it all from here
