    Decent & honest hardware suppliers

    Hi guys,

Am having some trouble at the mo' with yet another hardware supplier, cso far I'd tried Aria, OCUK and Microdirect and I feel at least a bit let down by all of them... does anbody know of suppliers who are half-decent?

    Thanks in advance,

    Nimble.

Scan are pretty dang good, if you have a problem the customer service is usually very quick and helpful, plus Hexus community types get free delivery!

I would not recommend Dabs, after some bad experiences a couple of years ago.

My usual test with any new internet mail order company, is to look on their web site for a phone number. I phone the customer services or complaints number, and if I get through I ask to be put through to sales.

If there is no telephone number, it does not work, or I spend ages on hold, then I don't use that company, no matter how attractive their prices.

Hey RavenNight, can I ask how you're finding the Hiper PSU? I've bougth one recently but was given down the banks a bit on a different forum for opting for it instead of a corsair...

The ones you have tried are widely considered the worst 3 to deal with, all retailers have their problems, but those 3 take the piss, especially overclockers and aria.

Specialtech, over-clock.co.uk, scan, dabs have all been fine for me.

The Hiper is great, its taken everything I've thrown at it, when it did blow they were super helpful in replacing it, amazingly quick service. Its really easy to install, very stable and looks great. Plus it comes with a toolbox!

My experiences have been very positive with:

    Scan
    Dabs
    overclock.co.uk (not overclockers)
    Novatech

Scan, Dabs, Overclock, AUT Direct, Special Tech - haven't used all of them personally, but only heard good things about them
