Bubble on the base of one of my pots

My partner made me my dinner tonight (which is unusual in itself) but I found that one of my pots she was using has (what I can only describe as) a bubble on the copper base to the pot.

Is this safe for me to continue to use?

    Thanks!

    hiya matey.

I have no idea... but could you post a picture of it pls?

If you take a photo with a digi camera, resize it to a normal size and use something like Imageshack or Postimage to host it... we'll look see.

What did you ave for your dinner by the way?
