mince pies
er, so whats the deal with these - made 4/5 batches this xmas, still got some mincemeat left over, wanna do some 'special' ones, as the batches keep getting worse and worse... (beginners luck i guess)
so what should i do??? |

Are you talking about the mincemeat? If so, add a couple of teaspoons of Brandy to it, stir well and leave in your fridge for up to two weeks.
