    Best Sauce?

Ok, what's your favourite sauce that you use in cooking as a flavour enhancer

I'm personally torn between Nando's Piri-Piri Sauce and good ol' Worcestershire sauce, found out the other day that you can really change the flavours of a simple tuna pasta salad by chucking in some piri-piri sauce with the mayonaise.

Worcestershire, but only because I'm boring & obsessive - I put it in nearly everything I cook; not sure why

PiriPiri and lime juice, used in most of my cooking now. Sometimes I use coconut milk (OK, not a sauce but close)

A dash of chilli powder mixed into the mousse and then top it off with a sprinkle of cinamon and ginger
