Best chocolate cake IN THE WORLD!
Ok, this is one of my friend's recipes but by GOD it's good!
***Not for those on a diet!!!*** cake: 3oz butter 5oz sugar 4oz self raising flour 2oz cocoa 1 tsp baking powder 4 tbsp milk 3 eggs Mix all ingredients together in a bowl for 4 mins. Pour into cake tins and bake at 170C for 20-25mins. Chocolate cream: 4oz butter 4oz icing sugar 4oz cocoa Cream the butter with the icing sugar & cocoa (add more icing sugar if it's too "wet"). spread chocolate cream in between 2 layers of cake. Chocolate icing: 4oz butter 4oz icing sugar 4oz chocolate 4 tbsp milk melt milk, butter & chocolate in a glass bowl over boiling water stirring all the time. Add icing sugar, mix well. spread over top of cake and allow to set. Easiest, and most DELICIOUS chocolate cake EVER! |

The best chocolate cake i have ever eaten was a Sache Torte that my Dad brought home for my mums birthday about 8 years ago, he was on a business trip to vienna, it was in a wooden box, beautiful it was.
