Sorry for the hijack Deck, but another thing to be careful of is if you are using a fan oven to drop the suggested temps by about 20-40 degrees celcius.
Our oven needs to be dropped about 40 degrees to get it right, anything higher and the food will burn even when in for the correct length of time!  |
