What a great thread idea this - like very much the list so far and will have a think about those I know that aren't on the list already. Nice.
Not exactly an online store, but can I [cough cough] suggest a visit to this fine London establishment if it is your cup of handmade traditional rennet, 15-month salted curd: www.nealsyarddairy.co.uk I hear they have quite good cheese. |

http://food.aasagroup.com an importer and distributor of range of fantastic food stuff, used their saffron it is absolutely amazing, apparently they have an exclusive farm under their control !!! (They are some sort of heavy weight importers (supplier's supplier), it's good for people who have high consumption rate, excellent prices considering the quality)!!!
