Lee@Scan was right: Boddington's has gone down hill

Got me a 24 pack of Bod's and it's pooh.

These are the yellow cans. with widget. It has an empty taste, a hollow "flavour"

What happened? I see the word Strangeways Brewery is no longer on the tin I guess it's being chemically created somewhere in a test tube?

I haven't touched Boddintons since getting guttered on it on a works night out when I was about 18 (may have been 17).

And yes, Lee is a star

Haven't tried it for years - mainly because I thought it had an aroma of wet dog.

Same goes for Young's beer. Still tastes OK but it really missed that Wandworth Wandle edge!
