bored with chicken?

easy way to jazz up a dull chicken breast.

got this of a friend of a friend recently, its looovely

- dust it in paprika & seal it in a hot frying pan
- boil a clove of garlic for about 5 mins till soft & crush this into approx 1.5 tablespoons of dijon mustard
- coat sealed chicken breast in dijon/garlic mixture
- wrap it in parma ham
- bake in oven at 200 deg C for 20 mins or so, until the chicken is cooked & the parma is crispy
- job's a good 'un

Oh and my oven isn't large enough

I also thought of Chicken the poster as soon as I saw this thread. I thought it was 99flake writing about him as well as they seemed to be glued at the hips

i've been away too long, didn't realise there's a poster called chicken..oops!


i take it he's not the sort of fella to take offence at threads called "bored with chicken" (at least i hope not)
