Chocolate and Blue Cheese
!!! I kid you not...heard it mentioned on radio as a combo that "works" so as I had a rather good "Oxford Blue" in the fridge and a bar of dark 60% coco solid choc in the cupboard, I tried both in one mouthfull.
And it does taste really nice. Which is just wrong! I now intend to make a chocolate and stilton souffle or similar to see if the idea holds water |
