Nachos
Has anyone got a really good nachos recipe? Whenever I make them, the cheese ends up sticking together too much, and I end up with a massive blob of once-melted cheese. Any ideas on how to make the cheese like a really thick cheese sauce?

Re: Nachos
Personally I make Nachos as follows
Get a lasagne dish (about 6" x 8" is ideal) 1) Layer with nachos (or Lightly Salted Dortios) 2) Add a layed of salsa 3) Add a light sprinkling of grated cheese (hard cheddar or blue cheese is really nice) 4) Add a layer of nachos 5) Add a layer of jalepenoes 6) Add a layer of salsa 7) Top with grated cheese. To stop the sticking effect, make sure the jalepenoes act as a bridge between the areas of cheese. |

Re: Nachos
I would add some sour cream to the salsa layers, and some guacamole* to the jalapeño layer
