Here's some shots of mine... all built by my own fair hands... except for the gas pipework, I cheated and got a Corgi guy in for that. The rest of the kitchen, cabinets, sink, plumbing and electrics was done by my own fair hand. Took me about a week from start to finish... but doing all the little odd jobs has taken ages.

View from the dining room to the main cooking area. (note fridge is near to stove... and knives in handy reach)

View from backdoor across cooking area (cooking utensils in easy to get to place)

View from hall to main prep and washing up area. (Plenty of room for plating up or just general prep... good place to dump stuff out of the way whilst cooking on the other side of the kitchen)

View to dining room from back door (note stereo on the wall... gotta have some choons while cookin'!... and the obligatory 'food' picture, of course Andy Warhol fills both roles neatly)

And lastly, a gratuitous shot of the floor. Why? Cos I finished laying it today and it looks so damn fine it inspired Zak to go off and do his kitchen floor too!

LMAO - Knew I should have "vetted" the place first. And ******* useless it is...in fact worse than useless. So thin that you grab it and pick up the oven pan and burn your fingers. Waiting for a replacement and it'll be in the burberry bin
