Chicken and Pasta with Green stuffed Parcels.

I am no chef – I will use my normal cooking terms (none of their fancy stuff!). I also have no name for this recipe but it was nice, and I made it all up!

    Anyway what you need:

    1 Bag of fresh pasta – 500G
1 Bowl of fresh cut greens – comes in a bag!
2 Chicken breasts – Cut in to strips.
    2 Carrots
    1 Pepper
    Handful of fresh basil
    1 Onion
    5 chopped cherry tomatoes
    4 Mushrooms

    Herbs:
1 Tea Spoon of lazy garlic
1 Tea Spoon of lazy Chilies
    Salt and Pepper to taste
1 Tea Spoon ‘Chinese Five Spice’

    Other:
    Olive Oil
    1 Wok
    1 Large Pan
    1 Griddle Pan

First things first – lay the chicken on the griddle pan without oil and let it gently cook.

Whack the oil, garlic, chilies in the wok and fry off.

Next whack in the onions and fry off

    ... Then the carrots.

By now you might need to turn the chicken.

    Next the peppers!

    Then finally the mushrooms

So that’s the contents done, now you need to quickly cook the greens.

Once you have done this you use them to line the ramekins.

Then fill the ramekins with your stuffing.

Now you need to do the pasta, whack it in the same water you used for the greens.

To complete the pasta you need to make the sauce, some olive oil and some basil, which you can stir it in.

    …and in the Pasta.

That’s done! Now, turn out the stuffed inners.

And then add the pasta and chicken with some nice wine.

.. when it is cut open.

Very nice... definitely set a standard to beat there!
